The names "Poly Voyager Focus 2" and "Poly Voyager Focus 2 UC" basically refer to the same headset model, with "UC" standing for "Unified Communications" and emphasising compatibility with various collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Cisco. The "UC" version is specially optimised and certified for use with these platforms. The devices are technically and functionally identical, the difference lies primarily in the certification and the focus on specific communication environments.

I have the same problem. Ear pads already replaced and now I need to replace the headband pad as well. @Galaxus there would be a need for another spare part, which could possibly be included on sale.

The headset's microphone can be worn on both the left and right. It has a smart microphone boom function that automatically maintains the left and right audio orientation regardless of which side the headset is worn on.

The charging station included in the set is a rectangular curved shape without function buttons and only offers a convenient solution for connecting the headset to the computer for charging and FW update purposes without having to connect it manually via a plug (USB).

The dongle and the charging cable are USB-C or USB-A, depending on the version. However, the connection to the headset itself is the old micro USB in both cases. So if your PC has USB-C, choose the USB-C version. The headset itself is identical, regardless of the version.

No connectivity issues. But yes the muting seems to be an issue. Best reason I've see is that it is related to the motion sensor in it. And that it seems to think you are taking it off or something. But nothing official or certain, except I've found other people on their support forum also talking about it

The cable included is a USB-C to micro-USB. The headphones themselves have a micro-USB interface. The charging stand, on the other hand, is purely USB-C and is hardwired to the charging stand.
