The output is 12V DC 4A and 5V DC 4A
Same label as the one online with one difference: the INPUT is 1.2A instead of 0.5A.

Theoretically, yes. But you should take into account the loss of the converter etc., so better never go above 50% load on such a power supply. Just so you don't burn down the Christmas tree ;)
I once attached 10 fans with 2W each to the 34W version for fun, and it worked without any problems (it didn't get more than hand-warm).
