Since this device is connected as 1 fan, can I control all fans together or do the fans rotate at 100%?

If you have connected it to the motherboard (fan1), for example, all the fans are controlled via the motherboard controller. i have connected it to my aquaero and set it up so that the speed of all the fans increases above a certain temp.

So if I now have 3 Corsair LL 120 fans and only have one 4-pin connection on my Asrock x570 phantom gaming 4, I can connect all 3 to this one 4-pin thanks to this thing.

do the fans lose power when they are connected to such a splitter? or are there no disadvantages?

No, only the power supply unit must supply more current the more fans are connected. The speed of the fans themselves does not change!

As you can read in the Noxatronic review below, it comes without a connection cable. Where can I find the required connection cable?

Hey Hubsyn You can find everything you might need here: https://www.digitec.ch/de/Comparison/6234790-6234791-6234793-2451612-2451614-2451641 If you want to connect directly to the mainboard I recommend: PHOBYA Y-Cable for PWM Splitter 4Pin PWM to 4Pin PWM & 4Pin Molex because you can also use the Molex for Storm. For a fan controller that has enough power, you can also use the PWM to PWM connector cable. I have also added 4 pin PWM extension cables to the list ;)
