So if I now have 3 Corsair LL 120 fans and only have one 4-pin connection on my Asrock x570 phantom gaming 4, I can connect all 3 to this one 4-pin thanks to this thing.

Yes you can, I had the same problem and solved it elegantly with the phobya, I run it through the aquaero and it works perfectly.

Be careful, this only works if the fans draw less than 1 amp in total. This is not a problem for Anti, his Aquaero supplies enough current, but a mainboard header does not necessarily.
