Thank you for pointing this out. We fight fake reviews by all means and it is important to us that product reviews are truthful and show a realistic opinion. This is to help potential buyers with their purchase decision. We have already sifted through reviews that were collected as a result of a product testing programme. At the moment, we are monitoring the situation, as we cannot yet clearly conclude that there are fake reviews in this case. For the moment, we recommend paying attention to the flag that indicates whether the product was purchased from us. We would like to thank you again for your input. We accept it in order to improve the quality of our content.
Good evening Sorry, I sold it a long time ago. I now have a Dyson and am very satisfied. Lg
According to the description, it fits the SpeedPro Max hoovers. Ergo it fits "The replacement filter set is compatible with the Philips SpeedPro Max range. It contains the washable foam filter and insert filter with a frame that should be replaced at least once a year."
Here in the manual p.28 it is described how to remove the battery: https://www.documents.philips.com/assets/20210416/a445835fb7814cb2944bad0c00ce3608.pdf A replacement battery is not available for purchase, but instead you are told to contact the service centre. "" If you need to replace the batteries of your Philips SpeedPro or Philips SpeedPro (Max) cordless hoover, please contact us (our service centre can replace them). Please note that the 2-year warranty that applies to the Philips SpeedPro or Philips SpeedPro (Max) also covers the rechargeable batteries. I don't but this one from Miele is great, also bagless, and the smallest from Miele. Greetings Miele Boost CX1 Cat & Dog
Thank you for being part of the community, in order for the other customer to be notified of your response it would need to be deposited at the following link. https://www.galaxus.ch/questionAndAnswer/wie-sieht-es-mit-det-reinigung-von-katzensand-aus-400037?productTypeId=118&lang=de
No assessment possible as we do not have a cat. But there are videos on the net to judge this.
I'm not a professional, but I would say that should work. The water tank doesn't let out too much water. You can control the water flow. Hope I could help you.
Hi Patty, the Aqua Nozzle and the water reservoir are at least listed as spare parts Philips Aqua Nozzle 300002925641 (listed as an accessory at Melectronics, CHF 82.50) Water container 300002489131 (CHF 59.50) However, I don't know if the nozzle fits your vacuum cleaner. The parts are explicitly listed for the Speedpro Max Aqua. I would ask Philips directly. Kind regards
For in-between I use the normal nozzle on parquet. If it needs to be thorough, I use the wet version.
Doesn't break but find the system less practical than advertised....
The charger has a plug that plugs into the unit magnetically. You can attach this plug to the wall bracket, but you don't have to.
Exactly, the battery is not replaceable. But you can send the hoover to Philips to have the battery replaced. I don't know how expensive that is.
Unfortunately, I can't answer this question because I only have a 24-month warranty. What I can say is that I would buy the hoover again anytime. Many greetings
Unfortunately, I can no longer see which promotion this was related to. If it is a promotion on various items, which is linked in the article below, it says how long it is valid. Unfortunately, no one can tell you how long price reductions on individual items are valid, as no information is given on this.
Dear Marijanavoic, the difference lies in the higher performance. The 8147 has a larger battery, lasts nominally 30 min. longer (80 min. instead of only 50 min.), the container for dirt and dust is slightly larger and the floor nozzle is an all-round nozzle (360 degrees). This sucks in dirt and dust from all sides. The cheaper one only has a 180 degree nozzle (so it only pulls in dirt/dust from the front and sides). Otherwise, both fulfilled the same basic functions. So for larger flats, the 8147 would be recommended. With the cheaper one, you can get by in a smaller flat. We use the 8147 in a 6 1/2 storey house and are very satisfied with it. Hope this helps ... LG
There is the Philips car cleaning kit: Philips Car Cleaning Kit (1x)
Good morning, on non-oiled parquet no problem, works tip-top, but on oiled I would ask Philips if necessary. By the way, the best vacuum cleaner we have ever had. Best regards
Yes, everything is there.
Here you can find all the information about a cancellation: https://helpcenter.galaxus.ch/hc/de/articles/360007263780-Wie-kann-ich-eine-Bestellung-stornieren-
To my knowledge, yes. I don't think there is a hoover without one today.
Hello, I can't give a direct comparison with the Dyson V11. But I have the Philips SpeedPro Max Aqua in daily use on hard floors, wooden floors, carpet and dog blankets. The suction power is excellent. We have Every hair, dust, sand, etc. is sucked up to our complete satisfaction. In many cases, it is enough to vacuum on the lowest to medium setting. But even on the highest suction level, the battery lasts for the whole house without any problems. I would buy the product again in a heartbeat.
Unfortunately, we can't offer the parts separately. We suggest to contact the manufacturer directly.
