Dear Marijanavoic, the difference lies in the higher performance. The 8147 has a larger battery, lasts nominally 30 min. longer (80 min. instead of only 50 min.), the container for dirt and dust is slightly larger and the floor nozzle is an all-round nozzle (360 degrees). This sucks in dirt and dust from all sides. The cheaper one only has a 180 degree nozzle (so it only pulls in dirt/dust from the front and sides). Otherwise, both fulfilled the same basic functions.
So for larger flats, the 8147 would be recommended. With the cheaper one, you can get by in a smaller flat.
We use the 8147 in a 6 1/2 storey house and are very satisfied with it. Hope this helps ... LG
