According to the supplier: The Philips Wawel 915005315604 is not a HUE product and is therefore not compatible with the HUE dimmer.

How exactly do you change the lights tone? How can you adjust the different tones?

I have KNX and according to my electrician I need a luminaire that is mandatory "phase cut-off dimmable" . Does this luminaire meet the requirement?

It says somewhere not dimmable. Doesn't fit in my opinion.
