juliaamadio1 year ago000Hello, I have an issue, that most of the time only one ear is working. I already activate "mono audio" in the bluetooth settings of the phone but when I place both in the ears, only one is working. Anyone had the issue or knows if this is a setting somewhere to be changed? I dont think one ear is miss-functioning as each time it is a different ear which decided to play the music. Thank you!2 answersdavidblatter1 year ago000 Helpful answerGot the same, seems it's a sync issue.. had to put the bluetooth setting back and it works agains.. not sure why and when it hapens tho
JohnWednesday2 years ago000With my headphones, one of them can no longer be charged. What should I do in this case? Is it more the case with the charging case or the headphones?Show in original language (German)2 answers
Anonymous2 years ago000These headphones seem to be only partially compatible with Garmin watches. They do connect, but the music is permanently playing at full volume.Show in original language (German)1 answerbrunnerdan2 years ago000I have a Venue 2 Plus and it works perfectly.Show in original language (German)

monica4 years ago-303Can these headphones also be used on Iphone X? If so, do I still need an Apple charging cable?Show in original language (German)1 answerThiloTech4 years ago+220 Helpful answerThe headphones are Bluetooth and can be connected to any mobile phone. Since they are not made by Apple, you don't need an Apple charging cable. It uses USB-C, but the cable for this is already included in the scope of delivery.Show in original language (German)
