No milk comes out of this machine, it has a milk frother, only steam comes out.
The ep2231/40 is the predecessor model among other things the bevel of the front panel is different unfortunately I can't tell you any more than that I only have the newer model
In the beginning, definitely! But it disintegrates more quickly than with an industrial machine. However, I am very enthusiastic and would buy it again in a heartbeat.
