Yes, you can integrate it. You only need the bridge once, if you have already bought a starter package, you don't need a second one. But yes, you can also buy the GU10 and leave out the additional bridge. You can also integrate other bulbs and sockets, e.g. from Osram, as long as they comply with the Zigbee standard.
This only refers to the lamp socket (cf. https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lampensockel). It should therefore have no effect on the range of functions. When buying a lamp, choose the right bulb for the existing lamp. In case of doubt, this should be found in the documentation of the lamp or on the lamp that is already installed.
Are the "Philips Hue bulbs in the bedroom" the same product as the one commented here? (Philips Hue White & Color GU10). Don't really understand the question.
If the ceiling lamp only allows max. 4.5 W, you will probably have to buy a new lamp or suitable light sources... It's already very little...
