This is mostly due to the fact that the set price is not adjusted to the individual prices when they change.
The price trend here provides good information that the prices of the two products in the set have changed considerably in recent weeks. Example: on 24.11. the individual products were available for 23.4+64.3 = 87.7, thus comparable to the set price. Half a year ago, both products were still more expensive.

I'm not sure if I understand you correctly, but you don't need any connectors if you want to attach extensions. You can simply plug them into your existing Lightstrip. If you then stick them on (the back already has double-sided adhesive tape), it will stay in place and create an almost seamless transition. The small connecting cable that you can see in the product picture is only intended for around corners or to bend the extension.

Unless I'm mistaken, no. Besides, it would be difficult to supply with solar panels considering the amperage of these leds (which work in 24V) 😉

Shorten every 33 cm. If you don't cut at the right place, the leds will remain dark from the last 33cm segment. 7x33 =231. 20cm will remain dark if you cut at 210cm.

It depends on what you want to do. If you only want to have a static backlight behind your Samsum TV then absolutely no problem. But if you want the light to change dynamically depending on the picture, then you need the PHILIPS HUE Play Gradient Lightstrip + Philips Hue Sync Box. There are also other alternative products on various Chinese online shops that are much cheaper. Qualitatively, however, this is of course not the same.
