Your link leads to the same article. After checking our range, I was unable to find the lamp you requested. It may have been a mistake (double advertised) which has already been corrected.
Can the lamps be set individually, e.g. in terms of colour, or do they all light up in the same way?

They can be controlled (via the app) individually or as a group (e.g. all 4, 1 and 3, 2 and 2)

any Gu10 Hue bulb will work
if you want the same as the original (ie with colors) here are the references for 1 or 2 (better price) bulb:

Yes, I have the Hue Fugato base BT and they are pairable with the Hue bridge 2.0/ 2.1 (the square ones). But I don't know if they can be paired with the Hue bridge 1.0.
It does not appear that the bulbs could be removed. Furthermore, the Hue logic seems to be in the bulbs, the "lamp"/socket does not contain any electronics. Therefore I would rather say no!

The LED bulbs in this luminaire can be replaced without any problems; there must have been a mistake in our description.
