Hello ! This monitor doesn't have a loudspeaker, the jack socket is a sound output provided by the HDMI or Display Port cable, so you can connect external speakers to it. Best regards

Thank you for your reply. I recently bought a PC, but it hasn't arrived yet. I am currently using the monitor with my laptop or Xbox. I have now found out that the streaks are not caused by the monitor, but occur when I look back and forth quickly. I don't know why this is, as it doesn't happen on my brother's monitor, which has the same resolution and pixel pitch. I will wait and see if the problem improves with the new PC and then look into it further. However, I have another question: I haven't found much on this topic, but there is a software called "Precision Centre". It doesn't recognise my monitor. Do I have to connect the monitor manually somehow? Thanks for your help.

Check in the settings whether you have activated the HDR mode for both. You can also adjust the colour settings of the screens in the NVIDIA control panel (if you have an nvidia GPU). Check whether everything is correct there.
