The NP batteries fit my Atoms Shogun beautifully. The question is what the V of Ninja V means. If it refers to V-mount, they don't fit.

I cannot answer this question per se. However, batteries should be charged with the adapter supplied (or optional). If the connection fits, try it out. Pay attention to the heat development of the battery. The NP-F970 also lasts a relatively long time when charged...

Yes, you can. At the time, I obtained the batteries and the charger from another source and have used them since then without any problems.
