This battery can be used not only for camcorders, LED spotlights and Atomos Ninja V, Atomos Shogun and Atomos Shogun Inferno, but also as a power bank. On one narrow side, behind a plastic cap, there is a USB A, on the other side a microUSB connection. The advantage for filmmakers is that you can charge the battery on any PC or USB power supply. If you take a power strip and, for example, four USB power supplies (which are usually quite small) with you, you can charge four batteries at the same time.

The NP batteries fit my Atoms Shogun beautifully. The question is what the V of Ninja V means. If it refers to V-mount, they don't fit.

I cannot answer this question per se. However, batteries should be charged with the adapter supplied (or optional). If the connection fits, try it out. Pay attention to the heat development of the battery. The NP-F970 also lasts a relatively long time when charged...
