Osram SMART+ Plug
Is it also possible to plug in a CH type 12 connector here? It doesn't look like it in the pictures.
No. Euro 2-pole works. And Schuko. By the way, the problem exists the other way round too - if you want to plug it into a CH wall socket, you need an adapter. I use a Max Hauri T12 CH-D (Schuko, CH) and a Max Hauri travel adapter Switzerland T23 plug / Schuko (CH, 3-pole, Schuko, 2-pole) - both here at Galaxus.
According to consultation, it is the case that by law no fixed plugs may be supplied for all "plugs". However, this is a must for the devices themselves. For this reason, we cannot upload a picture with a fixed plug, as unfortunately there is no such thing. Regarding the Swiss version, we do not have any information on whether this will be available, but we assume that it will not be the case. However, we can offer you alternative products, which you can find under the following link: https://www.digitec.ch/de/Comparison/3826545-7022788-8955885 .
You can use a travel adapter with it without any problems, but then you should not use the power consumption to the full. We were able to integrate the adapter into the Philipps system (Hue) without any problems.
Yes, it fits into a CH socket. The socket is intended to connect conventional luminaires or other electronic devices without smart lighting function to a smart lighting system. There is no mention of compatibility with Hue, but I don't think that's what it's for. Update; the plug is unfortunately only intended for the EU region. This plug does fit into our 3-pin sockets, but the other device that is plugged into the radio plug would have to have the Schuko form (DE), which we don't have here, i.e. KD could get the idea of plugging in a travel adapter for bridging, which in turn is forbidden in Switzerland for safety reasons.
