Questions about Osram Led Tube

Is a starter already included? or which one is required?

Hello, I bought this product but it doesn't light up to replace my old neon tube. Normally, with LED tubes, you need an ad hoc starter, which wasn't supplied. Should I order one and if so, which model?

According to the instructions, you have to remove the ballast and connect it directly to 230 V, i.e. with the starter. Like most people here, I have fitted the starter supplied and unfortunately it doesn't work! Should I remove the ballast? Has anyone had to do the same?

Info found in the technical data sheet. I think it would be useful if this information was not so hidden, but immediately visible.

Where can I find information on whether it is a CCG or ECG tube, i.e. either conventional with starter dummy or for integrated electrical ballast? I would find such information absolutely necessary and very helpful!

In the box are there two components a LED tube and a LED starter? Why not explicitly specify that? Thanks C

question: what exactly applies to this tube? LED tubes for electromagnetic ballasts =EVG in KVG luminaires Ballasts (CCG, EM) always require a starter, electronic ballasts (ECG, HF) do not. Universal (UN) lamps can be operated with any type of ballast.
