This is not just a needle, but a complete MM cartridge. Can be mounted on any turntable. Excellent tonal quality, but like any cartridge, must be mounted and adjusted correctly. See YouTube manual from Ortofon.

It fits perfectly on all turntables. However, it is important to mount and align the cartridge and tonearm correctly. Watch videos on YouTube on how to adjust the cartridge beforehand.

I'm surprised how well he plays.
Here is the answer from our responsible department: According to the following review of the turntable, the one the customer found is recommended, which is The Onkyo of turntables, the CP-1050 (https://www.cnet.com/news...) "The Audio-Technica moving magnet phono cartridge in the CP-1050 sounded much better than the Shure M44-7 cartridge I tried. One of the advantages of turntables is that you can change their sound by changing the cartridges. For audiophiles, I recommend switching to an Ortofon 2M Red" cartridge.
Hello
Yes, it fits 100% on the headshell of the Lenco carrier!
If you don't want to screw and reconnect, just take an OM2 Red complete system with SME connection.
Hello,
Yes, the Ortofon Red fits on the turntable and is a very good system. The Red is an MM system that is hard to beat in terms of price-performance. I, for one, am very satisfied with the tonal result. Of course there are better ones, but if I may say so, for this turntable, this system is the tip of the iceberg. An MC system would be exaggerated for this turntable. :-). Alternative MM systems would be: "audio technica" and "Grado". I also use the latter and am satisfied with it..... but I like the Red almost better.... It's just a matter of taste :-). Greetings M.M.
You need a new tonearm or a complete system to mount this and similar tonearms. Such a conversion would make little sense with the SL-QD33, in my opinion. Unfortunately, Digitec does not seem to offer compatible cartridges that can be mounted directly on your system.
