The reason for the price difference for other colours is due to how many units the supplier of Digitec/Galaxus has in stock. For example, if the supplier has 10,000 units in black and 2,000 units in white, Digitec/Galaxus will lower the price of the black model but keep the original price of the white model. Is that clear?
Yes is possible. When starting up, you must select the language, then simply select German.

Yes, according to the manufacturer's number, this is the Reno 10x.
I think this device is glued, so everything on the display. It's probably not possible to change it. You can still buy the Oppo Reno 2. Almost the same with a slightly larger display.
