The maximum memory expansion capacity of this smartphone is not available, as there is no microSD card slot for memory expansion. The internal memory is 256 GB, but cannot be expanded.
The upgrade to Android 15 has been promised and will come. However, this will probably not happen until January, as the device is no longer a priority.

Hi Blaise, no, I have no idea, but you can imagine that in the world of mobile phones there comes a time when you move on to the next model and don't really want to bother with an old one any more. There was the X6 generation, which was rather short-lived, and now there's the X7, with premium handsets like the X7 Ultra and its 1-inch Sony camera that's been the talk of the town. Having said that, the price of the X5 Pro at 475 remains attractive given all its features, and Oppo is a manufacturer that is constantly moving upmarket and capturing market share worldwide. For example, the X7 ultra is clearly in rivalry with the S24 ultra, which is a guarantee of quality and high-tech. Have a nice day!
According to this review, the 5000 mAh battery should last a day, but due to the fast processor and the bright display, the battery can drain quickly:

I have one of these Ugreen adapters, works perfectly. (They seem to be a bit expensive on Digitec for what they are :/)
Exactly, the audio output (phone, music etc.) is then via the headphones connected to the cable.
I had the same problem back then. Device with 5g on and then the battery barely lasted half a day. I then contacted Oppo support who said that you should switch to 2.3&4G in the network selection. So you should do without 5g.
For me it was also a purchase criterion but I think that I will go back to other manufacturers in the future.
We work with daily prices, which can be influenced by various factors such as purchasing conditions, stock levels and supply and demand. This is also the case for products on sale.
Sounds more like a software error, because GPS either works properly or not. If GPS was to blame, this would not have been the case with the video either.
The price of smartphones is moving downwards over time, I think you will see a similar or better price in four months. You can see the price development of the article in the "Price development" tab.
Unfortunately, we do not have any information on this yet. As soon as the product becomes available for us through our suppliers, we can check a possible inclusion. :)
I have solved the problem. In the mobile network menu under the advanced settings, there is a function called smart 5G. Activate it and the battery lasts almost 2 days. Apparently the phone only ran in 5G and that sucked the battery to infinity.
