Works via Bluetooth. That means you only have to get close to the door and the Nuki opens. The mobile phone does not need to be taken out and the app does not need to be opened or open.

No, the bridge is not necessarily required. Without the Bridge, the SmatLock only has Bluetooth (up to 8-10m inside the door and 1-2m in front of/through the door) connection to the smartphone (or other Nuki accessories). With the Bridge, the lock connects to the wireless network (or internet) and is then controllable from any location.

Yes, two turns can be set. It is also possible to optionally have only 1x closing or always 2x closing, depending on your wish/configuration. If the lock of the security door is difficult to turn due to additional bolts, this can of course shorten the battery life of Nuki (should be replaced in time)... but it should basically work without any problems. If the door latch can be retracted with 2.5x turns, Nuki can even release the door completely from the lock and open it by itself (e.g. using Siri/Alexa when both hands are full). With an additional small magnet on the door frame (included in delivery) Nuki also detects if the door is open or closed and can close it automatically if the door falls into the lock. Nuki can also calibrate itself (number of revolutions etc..). So it does not have to be configured manually.
