We have a security door. Here the key has to be turned twice. Is the product suitable for this?

Yes, two turns can be set. It is also possible to optionally have only 1x closing or always 2x closing, depending on your wish/configuration. If the lock of the security door is difficult to turn due to additional bolts, this can of course shorten the battery life of Nuki (should be replaced in time)... but it should basically work without any problems.
If the door latch can be retracted with 2.5x turns, Nuki can even release the door completely from the lock and open it by itself (e.g. using Siri/Alexa when both hands are full).
With an additional small magnet on the door frame (included in delivery) Nuki also detects if the door is open or closed and can close it automatically if the door falls into the lock.
Nuki can also calibrate itself (number of revolutions etc..). So it does not have to be configured manually.
