For the AM3+ socket, the Noctua AMx/FM kit is required for this CPU cooler. This mounting kit is not included in the scope of delivery and must be ordered separately from Noctua.

according to noctua https://ncc.noctua.at/cpus... they rate it as "low turbo/overclocking headroom". Thus I expect it can cool but don't expect high/long boost clocks. As far I remember their rating is also based when the fan is mounted outside which needs more space. So if you need/want to have it mounted inside - as the pictures show - expect a bit less cooling performance. You may want to consider the non-K variant of the CPU, since you'll probably can't unlock its potential within your space constraints.

yes in combination with a ryzen 5 7600x or ryzen 7 7700x...with a ryzen 9 7950x and ryzen 9 7900x the base clock of the cpu can drop if it is used continuously under full load on all cores...here more infos directly from noctua...https://noctua.at/de...
