This depends entirely on whether we receive enough units for the release. As a rule, however, pre-orderers should be able to expect delivery at the start of sales.

EDIT: For Europe, the release date is effectively set for 23.11. Unfortunately, we were unable to ship the games earlier. We are very sorry for the previously stated misinformation and apologise for the inconvenience. Provided we get the game in stock early enough, we will ship it so that pre-orderers will have it in their mailboxes on 18.11.

Unfortunately, we can't say for sure at this point, but we recommend keeping your eyes and ears open :).
