Hello, does this product contain - the LC-77B lens cap (front cover), LF-N1 lens cap (rear cover)2, HB-102 lens hood, CL-C2 lens case? and if the Swiss warranty doesn't work, which one does?

I bought exactly this (great) lens 2 years ago - and everything you list was included. However, I bought the CH edition. I had problems registering an import lens with Nikon Switzerland in the past, i.e. no Swiss warranty can be claimed for import lenses - as far as I can see. I assume that the normal Nikon warranty (1 year) applies. The price difference between the EU lens and the CH offer is of course considerable. However, I'm sure you'll have fun with the lens!

Attention, do not buy, import goods! This batch is in no way Nikon Swiss warranty merchandise. It is import despite the high standard price for Nikon Swiss import. I got mine today and had to return it straight away. Digitec is running a database corpse here, which unfortunately has been happening more and more lately. The lenses marked as imports and those not so marked are both imports with a standard guarantee. Ask very carefully!

I think it's completely exaggerated, all this shouting about importing or not importing! And even send it back....! The lens comes from the same factory! I don't care how it gets to Switzerland. Warranty is guaranteed by law anyway. In over 30 years of taking photos with Nikon lenses, I have never had a warranty case. The only thing I don't find ok is that Digitec has set the price for the imported product as high as the one with "Swiss warranty"!

If you like to buy a grey import at the same price as the regular imported lens, that's up to you. Swiss importers often give a longer warranty than just two years, so it does matter. Especially not if it is not even labelled. That is simply dubious. It's a bit different if the grey imports are labelled as such and the price is significantly lower.
