Hi, the data sheet states that the switch is managed, but not here on Digitec. According to the data sheet, the only difference between the EP and the larger EPP is the number of watts that the PoE can push. Can anyone confirm this for me?

Hello Patrick The term "Smart Managed Plus functions" actually says it all. Furthermore, in order to be able to use VLAN sensibly, you must also be able to configure the switch. The information regarding Management at Digitec is incorrect.

Has anyone ever used this switch for Swisscom TV? Has IGMP snooping been activated? As soon as I do this, my stream is interrupted.

It is difficult to give a general answer because we do not know what your infrastructure looks like. In this respect, I hope for your understanding. You are welcome to try the following solutions: - Check if you have installed the latest firmware. - Try the following settings: IGMP snooping status - enabled VLAN ID - do not set Validate IGMPv3 IP header - disabled Block unknown multicast address - disabled Static router port for IGMP snooping - here you enter the number of the port where your router/modem is connected. If this does not help either, or if these functions are not available, I recommend that you contact Swisscom or Netgear.
