I would remove the filter once and blow it out with compressed air. Then reinstall it - otherwise you can buy standard filters or carbon nets in DIY stores - similar to the filter. It's worth investing in a can of compressed air to blow out the whole system.

Has no carbon filter. Simply a sieve. Sieve can be washed out. It's best to wash it out in the sink and against tar. You can try it out. Should be similar to a steam extractor bonnet. Never done it before. Because I don't smoke in the flat. Otherwise I always vacuumed dust and animal hair.

Depending on the mode, it gets quieter or louder. But compared to my previous ones, it is louder than stated and cools less well despite the higher m2.

Yes, the remote control was included with mine. With a little tinkering (a 2.4GHz Wifi network is required for this), you can also control the part via app or Google Home etc. if you want to.
