Question about Nanyo KMO100

These air conditioners do not have a condensation tank that needs to be emptied. If you want to use them for dehumidification, the water produced can be drained into a container via a hose.

By the way, there are also air conditioners that are quieter in operation, e.g. this one has only 57 dB, which is quieter than 65 dB:
