I use it with the PS5... but the controller works just as well for the Pro version. Nothing has changed in terms of controller specifications.

Hello Other than the supplier, we found no technical difference. So the reason of this price difference is the fact that one supplier offers a better pricing than the other at the moment.

According to the manufacturer, this should not be a problem at all. You can connect a headset with a microphone channel to the 3.5mm jack connection on the controller. To rule out a defect, I would connect another headset with the same connection to the controller or connect the headset to another controller. Test the audio settings. I have also looked at the headset specifications and it is compatible. Technically, nothing should stand in the way.
