The Revolution 5 Pro app is currently only available for PC and Mac. Android and iOS applications are planned for 2024. This means that you can currently only configure the advanced settings and profiles via a PC or Mac. According to the manufacturer, this should not be a problem at all. You can connect a headset with a microphone channel to the 3.5mm jack connection on the controller. To rule out a defect, I would connect another headset with the same connection to the controller or connect the headset to another controller. Test the audio settings.
