Questions about myStrom Switch Zero

Can someone explain to me what the product developers were thinking when they fitted the CH plug? You will never be able to plug the switch into a CH socket as shown. In the socket, the contact for earthing is at the bottom and in the switch the earthing contact pin is at the top. This means that the switch is upside down and if you use it in a socket outlet with a switch, it covers the switch. I just say, great solution😉

Hello everyone I bought two from Swisscom directly and where I still had a Swisscom plan, everything worked fine. Now I have a new supplier and nothing works anymore :(. Can it really be that these only work directly via the Swisscom network and are all myStrom products only possible via Swisscom or does the Switch Zero also work via the Sunrise network, for example?
