The performance differences between different manufacturer designs are usually minimal. I meant that the Armor from MSI is even based on the same PCB as the Gaming. However, the poor cooler can make it noisy and it cannot clock as fast.
So this card is also 279mm long. Unfortunately, I don't know which dimensions you mean exactly or what you read exactly or where you got the information from.
