The performance differences between different manufacturer designs are usually minimal. I meant that the Armor from MSI is even based on the same PCB as the Gaming. However, the poor cooler can make it noisy and it cannot clock as fast.
A GTX 1070 Ti probably has the best price-performance ratio at the moment.
