Yes, it would work great with these components! Since you are not installing an i9, you need a little less cooling!
Just make sure that the AirFlow is present!
The graphics card stand that is included in the scope of delivery should be mounted, as this GK is very heavy!

Personally I've tested with an 800 watt and it works but the computer is light, no sdd disk, so an 850 should work.
It's true that an 850 is better but for the margin a 1300 watt should do the trick.

If you stick with the Ryzen 5000 series, the board will still fit. However, you need to upgrade the power supply. I currently have a 1000w NT. An 800 is also sufficient.
Can still be had today, e.g. with RX 6900 XT / RTX 3080 / 3090 + Ryzen 9 / i9, etc. for under 2000.

The memory clock was given with the effective speed, which is usually given for all GPUs at Digitec:

Due to different purchasing conditions and changing suppliers over a certain period of time, price changes/fluctuations may occur. We generally work with daily prices.
Your insult is out of place. You still have the option of buying another (cheaper) graphics card. I'm very satisfied with mine, even if it was a bit expensive, but if you compare what others spend on cars, then I can afford the graphics card. (And yes - you can do other things than play games and mine).
