@Digitec, please check the cooperation with JACOB DE , these scalping prices are absolutely not justifiable, the same happens with the Ryzen 9 5950x. Charging double the actual price is ethically very questionable. Or at least not displaying his price as standard just because he states it is "Available".

This is because digitec lists the card as "not available" and the dealer "Jacob DE" lists it as available, simply at fantasy prices. Digitec lists the card "normally" for CHF 1707. That's why the version from "Jacob DE" is displayed by default... See https://imgur.com/a/dWI4n9P
MSI under warranty disclaimer states: "Unauthorised replacement of non-MSI parts, modification or alteration, removal of parts in or on the product" (Item 4: https://de.msi.com/page/warranty/vga). So I'd say you lose the warranty when you replace it.

to put the whole thing into perspective a little 3700.- is the offer of the retailer Jacob (DE) with availability between Thu 31.12. and Wed 6.1. 1900.- is the price Digitec itself charges, "only". But (correctly) makes no mention of availability.
