I think as soon as the graphics cards are on the market, the custom NV links will also be sold. Information is sparse at the moment. But if you already buy a GTX 2080 Ti, one card is enough for gaming.

This graphics card is designed for gaming. PNY Quadro P4000, 8GB GDDR5, PCI-E 3.0 x16 (8GB, Professional) The Quadro graphics cards are designed for CAD and the one mentioned above would be a possible variant.

650 watts is sufficient, provided the rest of the system is not overclocked or is a strong system (X299 platform, TR4 platform). Otherwise, if you are not sure, switch to 750 watts. But it will be fine, as long as you don't use SLI.
