The machine is supplied with a 4-core cable (2LNPE, 1mm2 cross-section I think), the cores already have end sleeves on them. You would have to fit a plug (e.g. type 15 or CEE16) yourself, but since the cores already have end sleeves on them, this can be done with an ordinary screwdriver without electrician's tools. If a single-phase dryer is connected to the same 3-pole fuse, make sure that the dryer uses the outer conductor left free by the washing machine. Attention: According to Art. 16 of the Low Voltage Ordinance (NIV), a layperson may only work on 1-phase socket circuits with a residual current circuit breaker in self-occupied rooms. Strictly according to the standard, the connection of a WM with 2 outer conductors must therefore be carried out by an electrician. Even unscrewing the T15 / T25 socket is not permitted for the layman.

Unfortunately I haven't received the washing machine yet, but we have an electric tumble dryer on it, which also seems to fit. I guess if the Sibir is less deep it should be less of a problem - the other way round would be more stupid. But why don't you ask Miele? They have a nice customer support and will certainly know - I also had a question about the washing machine...
