Delivery next day my ar$e. The shipping partner postologistics.ch is literally taking a p155 with delivery timings and are running in their own alternative universe time/space continuum. Even when you book the delivery slot per email/SMS they don't deliver there and then and not even bother to provide a courtesy phone call, so you have to chase them after missing 5PM cut-off delivery point while member of your family wasted a day waiting on them. Once shipped, Digitec/Galaxus are powerless to make any amends. Unbelievable for a country like Switzerland. We really need someone like Amazon to enter Switzerland and disrupt the customer services and the market as a whole. I'll review the washing machine once it materialises eventually, next day delivery 6 days and counting...

Since we have various contracts with the swiss post, we must also adhere to them. Thus, we cannot adjust the process on a whim. Also note that our availability dates are always given without guarantee and we no longer have any influence on the delivery from the time of collection of the Swiss Post.
