No, this model does not have 4G/LTE. As far as I know, the Surface Pro 5 was the last generation with a SIM slot and 4G/LTE support. Since the sixth generation, no corresponding module has been installed.

Windows is already pre-installed, so it does not have to be purchased additionally.

The information at digitec is wrong. The Pro 7 only has 1x USB 3.0 A and 1x USB 3.1 C.

Yes, I tried that and it works. However, the magnet positions are no longer quite right and the old Type Cover protrudes slightly over the display. With the Surface Pro 4, this was enlarged from 12 to 12.3", with slightly smaller display edges. I much prefer typing with the new Type Cover and the enlarged touchpad is also more usable. Whether it's worth the steep Microsoft tax, however, is another question.
