Since the Surface doesn't have a drive, you would have to download the PC games.

The cover fits, yes. I can't say about the docking station because I've never used one.
The Type Cover you mentioned is only available for the Surface X model (ARM processor version).
Note, the functionality (including the pen) between Surface Pro and Surface X is significantly different.
Yes, it is. Or simply buy a corresponding Windows 10Pro licence key either directly from Microsoft (more expensive) or from Lizengo (cheaper). Go to the control panel, upgrade with the key and you're good to go.
