No, you have to buy the keyboard separately. The usual office applications are installed and you have to buy the license to activate them. .
I have ordered a separate keyboard, since I prefer US keyboards. Not even my Hermes 10 electrical typewriter of 1972, made in Yverdon Switzerland, had a French or German keyboard. I am not a friend of time limited office licenses, I do not work with or in a cloud, my computers are set up with local accounts, some are not even connected to a local network. I by time unlimited licenses. Privacy is my main concern, money less important.
