This is not just a charging cable, but a charger with cable. It fits the Surface Pro 7 and 6 (tested) and should therefore also work with the 4 and 5. Same plug.
As far as I can tell, 65W is not enough for Surface Go, you'd have to use 127W
Microsoft Surface 127W Power Supply - Power Supply - 127 Watt - EMEA - Black - commercial - for Surface Book, Book 2, Book 3, Go, Go 2, Laptop, Laptop 2, Laptop 3, Pro 6, Pro 7, Pro X
The charger is designed for the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 , Microsoft Surface Pro 4 and Surface Book models. Unfortunately, however, the item is no longer available.
The Microsoft Surface 65W Power Supply is not specifically designed for the Surface Pro 11. It is compatible with older Surface models such as the Surface Pro and Surface Book. A 39W charger is recommended for the Surface Pro 11, but it can also be charged with higher wattages such as 65W as long as the voltage remains the same.
This PSU is compatible with Surface Pro devices, including the Surface Pro 7, as it is designed for Surface Pro models. However, I don't have any specific information on model "W8Z-00002" in my data. To confirm compatibility, it would be best to consult Microsoft's official resources.
The power supply is technically suitable for the Surface Book 2 as it delivers the required power and the plug fits. However, it is important to note that depending on the model and features (e.g. with NVIDIA GPU), the Surface Book 2 may require a higher power to charge quickly. A 65W power supply may work, but it might charge slower than a higher model such as the 102W power supply recommended for some models.
The 65W PSU for Surface Pro/Book from Microsoft is compatible with the Surface Pro 9. The power supply unit is specially designed for various Surface models, including the Surface Pro 9.
According to the manufacturer's reference this article is compatible with the following models: Surface Pro 3/Pro 4/Pro 6/Laptop/Laptop 2/Go/Book. The power does not seem to be high enough for your Surface (this charger here has only 2.58 A)
Here is what the brand says about your model:
Main charger: 15 V at 4 A = 60 W
USB power on the charger: 5 V at 1 A = 5 W
Total of 65 W
It depends on the laptop whether it supports this.

Microsoft itself states that it is compatible with Surface 3 and 4. However, this has nothing to do with the plug but only because of the power of 65W. For the Surface 5 and 6 as well as 7, the Microsoft Surface 127W Power Supply is recommended, with which you are better served. Faster charging of the battery.
