For me it only took 6 minutes on 24.12. between the order confirmation and the e-mail with the link to the licence key.

Hello, I got the code immediately, then I wanted to download the game under Microsoft, after I entered the software key, everything was still OK, unfortunately the download didn't work and now I can't get the software anymore... I can't find any decent help under Microsoft. Can you send me a new code or how should I proceed?

Minecraft (Windows, Mac and other supported platforms) can be downloaded at https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download. IIRC you need the key afterwards when creating / unlocking the Minecraft or Microsoft account.

No, as far as I know it is only for the PC platform.

Bought it yesterday 21.06 Friday and paid directly. Saturday 19.52 no code no info what to do the help centre phones are closed and I don't know what to do next.can anyone tell me anything about this?

Hello, try going to the Galaxus page and to your account and then to orders. I have a licence key in there. I hope the same for you!
