Question about Microsoft Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition
Hello, I got the code immediately, then I wanted to download the game under Microsoft, after I entered the software key, everything was still OK, unfortunately the download didn't work and now I can't get the software anymore... I can't find any decent help under Microsoft. Can you send me a new code or how should I proceed?

Minecraft (Windows, Mac and other supported platforms) can be downloaded at https://www.minecraft.net/en-us.... IIRC you need the key afterwards when creating / unlocking the Minecraft or Microsoft account.
Hi, I was able to solve the problem, I first had to install the X-Box app on the PC, from there I was able to download the game. Should be better described here on Digitec.
Hello, I got the licence key, but when I downloaded it from the MS Shop I suddenly got an error message and now I can no longer download the game. It says in the shop that I have downloaded the software... but I don't have it. What now?
