That is a very good and justified question. I asked myself the same question - and found no answer. If you take a closer look, Microsoft's product codes are also different.
In addition, it is extremely difficult to find out exactly what is actually in the product. Outlook, for example, is not included everywhere. Another complicating factor is that Microsoft changes the names of its products every few weeks.
I therefore contacted Microsoft on the corresponding Office (or whatever it is called) for a chat and received very friendly and detailed information. A plus for Microsoft. Really.
Quintessence: The Family things (with Outlook) are all the same. Ditto for the Singles.
Just buy the cheapest one.
Perhaps good to know: Galaxus works with daily prices. These can fluctuate, as they depend on several factors (including conditions with suppliers, such questions have often been answered by employees).

Somehow my answer from earlier is gone and I had sore fingers. I'll make it shorter. The E/D/I does not play a role and only refers to the packaging of the key and the instructions. You can download the installation in any language, or adapt it afterwards by downloading language packs.
As far as I know, Digitec does not send keys. In addition, the packaging dimensions are given -> Box

You can prevent this during installation. Remove the checkmark for automatic renewal. You will then be notified after 1 year when the subscription expires. Then you can order it again from Digitec.

No. Microsoft Teams is available from Microsoft 365 Business Basic (4.90 / month / user) - it is not included in the Family version.
