Is Access also included in the Family Pack?

Microsoft 365 Family is the successor product to Office 365 Home and contains an annual licence for all applications contained in the previous product, including Access. At the moment, I still have the previous year's licence active, but the transition to the new licence will certainly work as before.

Ja, Access ist auch enthalten, allerdings nur für Windows, nicht für Mac, iOS oder Adroid. Siehe hier: https://www.microsoft.com/de-ch...
