We already have a Single licence and would like to upgrade to Family. Can I do this with a Family product from Digitec without losing the data etc. of the existing licence? How do I transfer the account to the Family licence?

The easiest thing to do is to go to the Microsoft website. Then simply log in, then there should be the options "my account", there you can upgrade.
