Questions about Maul electric letter opener

The letter opener requires you to pull the letter through yourself. There is no automatic function that pulls the letter completely through. The letter opener opens the letters conveniently and cleanly through the feeder, but you have to feed the letter through the opener manually.

There are no replacement blades for this item.

According to my research, there are no replacement blades. Sorry & LG :)

I've been using it for 3 months and open all my letters with it (10 a day) and have only once had a letter that was too thick and there were an estimated 20 sheets inside.
