The stanmore 2 cannot be paired, the app says: contact support. But then there is no suitable link. It says everywhere that it can be paired. I got 2 extra devices. Will it work with a jack doppler? Or are there problems with clean stereo?

Have you tried pairing directly via Bluetooth, i.e. not via the app?

The manufacturer does not seem to give any information on this However, I assume that this should be possible. If not, you should be able to return the item if necessary.

My colleague also has the Stanmore in white and has received a cable, there is no cable in my package. Is that not included?

I received the Stanmore II today. The following problem: The speaker is connected to my iPhone 8+ via Bluetooth - the device shows the connection - but I cannot send the audio signal to the speaker. What can I do about this?

Does the Stanmore always have to be connected to the mains? Or does it have a battery that is charged by "mains operation"?

Since the Stanmore is intended for home use, it does not have a battery and must therefore always be connected to the mains.
