Since I got my new mobile phone (Samsung S20 FE), I can no longer connect the headphones to the phone. They are not recognised. Has anyone else had any experience with this? With my old mobile phone, or with friends, everything works smoothly. And yes, I have made a proper data copy on my phone (including all paired Bluetooth connections).

Delete the headphones under paired devices and then connect again.

Is there a built-in microphone in the headset (via bluetooth)? Or do you need an external cable with microphone?
