how do you unscrew the fluid head? i had once been able to unscrew the head unintentionally, but i have to unscrew it but don't know how...

Simply screw it on above the "ball lock". The ball component then remains on the tripod. As far as I know, it cannot be removed separately...

I assume the slide plate is included. does this have a D-ring fastener to tighten it or just the slot with coin or screwdriver?

I can't tell you 100%, but I don't see any easy way to unscrew the fluid head on my tripod. It is directly connected to the ball tripod. But maybe there is a trick.

Can you use this tripod to put Manfrotto MH055M8-Q5 on it or do you recommend another tripod that is mandatory in stock? Use 100% video in equestrian sports.

It fits... but why do you want to screw this head onto it when there is already a great head on it? It doesn't matter if it's in equestrian sport or not... You don't take it ON the horse, do you? And if you do, there is no tripod that says "suitable for equestrian use" on it.
