Which version of the Piko are we talking about? 1900lm or 2100lm? The text says 1900 and the specifications say 2100...

I ordered the Lupine Piko R4 (2100lm) about 1 year ago. The 1900lm version was delivered! (It says on the original packaging and the enclosed operating instructions) Digitec answered a question here in the summer that up to 2020 there were 1900lm and from 2020 2100lm. But that is obviously not true. Unless the old products are still being sold here with the information / specifications of the new ones. 200lm difference is 10%, whether you really notice this in operation is something else. But the specifications should still be correct. I'm curious what Digitec will answer this time 😊

Good day, placed the post in the wrong place first. Now here again: I have ordered the Lupine Piko R4 (2100lm). Lupine Piko R 4 (2100lm) And received it 4 days ago. The 1900lm version was delivered!!! (It says so on the original packaging and the enclosed instruction manual). In response to a question here, Digitec answered in the summer that 1900lm was available until 2020 and 2100lm from 2020. But that is obviously not true. Unless the old products are still being sold here with the details / specifications of the new ones. In the title and in the specifications, 2100lm are noted in each case. Only the description says 1900lm. I think most people look at the title or the specifications. Therefore it is misleading. 200lm difference is 10%, whether I really notice it in operation is something else. But the specifications should still be correct. Please discuss with your supplier which version he supplies.

Hoi zäme, can you check which models you really have in your range? If the Piko has the button in the middle, it is the new version with 2100lm. So either the description or the pictures are wrong.

Both the old 1900 lumen headlamp and the 2100 lumen lamp have the LED in the middle. So until the end of 2020 was 1900 lumens, after that 2100 lumens. We will correct this immediately.

The differences can be seen in the specifications of the two articles. For example, the RX4 has a brightness of 2400 lm, the R4 "only" 1900 lm. To see the other differences, you can "compare" both articles directly with each other, using the corresponding button in our online shop.
